They can install them, but it will probably cost extra (not for the rear spacer kit, but for the front). I was charged any extra for them to adjust mine.
as long as they can install it, i dont mind paying for it. i just dont have any tools really at my apt and the people at the apt complex office dont allow anyone to work on their cars in the parking lot.
