The strength of the bolts/washers.
Also, something to note about the washers in the ingalls kit, they are THICK (each washer adjusts about .4-.5* camber), zinc plated, aircraft grade washers. They won't flex under load, so your bolts don't experience bending (which would fatigue and break them).
These camber spacers are significantly more stressed than your STOCK bolts. Do you feel fine increasing the stress on the bolts over stock, and decreasing the strength over stock at the same time (what happens when you use Home Depot bolts).
