Our Turbo friend Jeff got it all correct about the Governor except for the RS GS and Base model Eclipses, basically All 2GNT's 5 speed. We don't have govenors except that the AT's gear out at 130. It's the same for me TJ, as Murix said, without more modifications to add power to our engine our cars just run outta steam. Find a good hill to go down and my car will take 150mph easy. One more thing, even though we also only have B.S. H rated tires our cars and still able to hit 150 with some decent engine work
