This kit pulls very hard! Spool up is quick with the ball bearing center section and full boost arrives about 3800-4000 rpm with cat-back and stock catalytic conveter. With these parts I ran a moddded 99 Mustang GT from a 70mph roll and was dead even with him when I shut it down at 120mph and this waS AT ONLY 5PSI and NO intercooler. There is not a doubt in my mind that this set up with a IC even on stock internals can be 13 seconds. I am flexible on the pricing cause I have to sell ASAP. Sorry, I thought you were the guy that just bought one from Howell. Nevermind. I still have it for sale. There is a small chip on the outer edge of the pulley. Nothing that affects its performance.
