There is a thing called backorder, we do see alot of that happening with some of the 420a products we carry, we try and stock them but we run out fast and the companies cant seem to keep up with the demand. We do not use caller id, we have an automated call system, you can always reach someone at the shop ,we are here 12-8 M-F and someone will always answer your call during those hours. Emails are always sent to everyone when there is a backorder, if you guys arent getting the emails maybe it is because we use a signature on them and your spam blocker is deleting them, make sure to add us as a contact.
