I ran mine for the first time at an SPL contest last weekend, after beiong peer pressured. What else is knew? The system was at half power (amp gain at half and deck volume up halfway, and no bass boost(s). plus i unhooked my other amp for the speakers so I wouldnt blw them up.)

I almost died. Literally. I was in the car, as soon at it hit, it knocked the breath right outta me. Sure I've heard louder but I've never sat INSIDE the car at that high of a db level. I ended up walking away with 3rd place SPL in my class. LOL
