What is your 'full' boost your talking about? 80kpa is still basically Vac. Anything above 102kpa is +positive boost pressure considering if your at sea level. And No the fpr flows more fuel the higher the pressure gets so it does not flow the same amount of fuel through 'vac to full boost'. And the stock fpr just holds the fuel pressure at 43.5psi. And I wouldnt use those adjustable fpr. Just get a good quality 1:1 fpr.
