The first time I ordered from these guys I got the product very fast and was exatcly as described, it was an Oil pump and drivers side prothane motor mount. The second order was some PEP +1 SS valves, valve guides, and valve locks. I have not recieved them yet and I orderd them on 2-7-07. The thing is, is that I called them on the 6th and talked to them about making an order. They said the only thing they would have to order would be the valves and I should get the stuff the next week! Ok something happens and they don't get a chance to get my stuff out, thats fine. I call again and ask them whats up. We don't have the valve guides in, once we get them in it will be shipped out. Fine, great I should be getting it soon. Nope, I call back again and get told they were shipped out the Friday before(it was a mon.). I call back the next day to get a tracking number, I get it and check it...it was sent to the post office THAT day. They lied...AGAIN! So finally my package comes, I open it up and I'll be damned, its a 90 mandrel bend. I call them that night. They sent my package to someone else. Ok fine, although I am starting to get pissed off, CI gives the guy my address and tells him to ship it to me!?! I call back 3 days later and asked if they had a tracking number,"No man but let me call him and get it for you then I will email it to you!". Well I also have some Crower valve springs coming from them and asked if they could send me that tracking number too. " Yeah sure I can do that, I will get that out to your email tomorrow!" 3 days later I still have no email from them and I don't have either order from them, or any clue where its at! I personally and not going to order from them again unless they do some serious customer satisfaction work. Its not the fact that I have not recieved my orders, I have come to deal with that from Howell. Its the fact that they contiually LIE to me. I am through with my rant and my experience. I hope if you order from them you know what you are getting into.

SAME thing happened here. Only thing is I ordered the PEP+1mm valves a couple of weeks ago, they came in two days later as SHAWN said. I have talked to HIM every time, personally. So, I feel assured that their bad standinging have been cleared up, as long as he will confirm the stuff is in stock you should have it quick. So, I call back about a week later, to order more parts. This time, ARP studs, melling oil pump, and an oil pan w/ return fitting. Shawn assures me the parts are in stock and will be shipped out that day, because he knew I needed them in a week. So, four days later I call him, to check on the status because I need the parts that are not in yet. He tells me that the computers are down, because they closed, although that their store hours clearly stated differently. But Shawn says he remembers my order and that it SHOULD have been shipped. I felt ok, so I wait and it comes to the fact that two more days later the parts have not arrived yet. I call again, Shawn tells me that he will get back to me after talking to the shipping director. Well, I wait, and wait... And no phone call. They have now closed. And I can't call the next day. So here we are two weeks later, and I call Shawn again. He tells me that the computers are down, AGAIN, and as soon as they come back up he will call me back. Another day passed, and no phone call. SO I call MULTIPLE times today, and no answer at ALL! I am tired of waiting for crap, when they lie, tell me something is in stock, then a week later say that it was in fact not in stock and will be shipped out the next day because they just finished the order finally. Then a week after that I still have not recieved a tracking number for my order that I wanted.
CONCEPT ILLUSIONS APPEARS TO BE CRAP!

Well I think we have our problems solved regarding shipping and inventory, our new website will be full integrated and launching very soon, and everything will be clearly listed as to whats in stock and what isnt in stock at the time or the order on the customer side of things. Currently when you guys call in we check stock from our inventory system and it totally crapped out all together within the last month. Bear with us as we will be updating alot of old software and switching over to Fedex shipping, which will offer live online tracking right off the site, Plus all new orders placed on this new system will have automatic updating as to the status of the orders via email. I appraciate your feedback guys as this helps us better serve our customers. Dont hesitate to contact me direct regarding any problems or concerns,

Sorry guys, we go off our inventory screen, and if it tell us we have items in stock thats what we passon to the customer. It only seems we have problems with the 420a section of our inventory. This stuff just takes time guys. We are in no way attempting to give anyone the runaround or so call lie to our customers about whats in stock and whats not. As some of you may already know we have been working on a brand new site shich is going to greatly increase our effeciency with placing orders , processing orders and shipping orders. So hopefully we can keep more parts stocked and get shipping times where they need to be in the 3 day range.

Well.. I've tried calling you for a few weeks now. And emailing you. I made a $350 order with you, and my oil pump was missing. Speaking that I needed the oil pump I paid $130 for to put my motor in, and you guys would not answer the phones or return my calls I had to go buy another one from a local vendor, spending 150 more. I would really either like a refund or a credit for the amount so that I *MIGHT* be able to recover the cost of the part I had to pay for twice.
