I purchased a part back in September and still have not received a refund. I have had to file a complaint through paypal only to be told that my funds could not be recovered. This was a sale made long before lee got hurt so that excuse is useless.

Sorry to see you had to post here too Terry. I did get my money back from him last week, only took like 8 months of posting to get him to return it. Hope you get your funds back or the product you bought.

I really hate to have to do this and would have liked to resolve this some other way. On Sept 7th 2004 I sent Pushin420a $280 for a door handle, a fender & some side skirts. After a few weeks I had not received anything and emailed him and his response was "LOL I am on vacation I will take care of it when I get back" So based on his good feedback here I was patient and waited a little longer and Emailed him again and didn't receive any response ( by this time it was to late to file a claim with paypal), I waited a little longer and tried again, still no response. Then I read on the forums here that he was hurt and read his post about how he was going to take care of everybody that he owed parts to, so I was patient and waited (Even though he should have sent my parts before he ever went on vacation)still no responses to my email's. Now I have seen him on the forums selling parts, offering to buy parts from people etc.. So now I must assume that he is just ignoring my email's and intends to take my money and keep ignoring me. I can understand that he was hurt and had some problems, but there is no excuse for him not answering my email's. It kind of sucks that people keep defending him and it looks like some of the negative comments about him have been removed. He should be banned from the forums and all negative comments should be left on here so other people know to watch out until he takes care of all the people that he owes. I highly recommend not doing business with Pushin420a.
