I Love my eclipse but I have come to the conclusion after putting about $18k into her over time, that it is time to let her go so I can finish my 3rd gen Camaro LS6 swap. Car is a 96 GS All power options MTX with power sunroof.
Drive line: Every thing is done short of turboing.. Forged 8.8:1 compression JE's .020" over Eagle rods balenced and blue printed lower end. Ported and polished head 3 angle Valve Job Crane Springs PT cruiser lifters and rockers, Crower stage 2 cams with AEM True Time Adjustable Cam Gears. 52MM hand ported TB. AFX UDP, Stage 3+ Clutch (ceramic 6 puck sprung hub bolted not riveted together) from Savannah Clutch (GREAT GREAT guys by the way if you are in south east GA) Relatively new tranny (22k miles). New Oil and water pumps new timing belt and PD timing tensioner conversion. Engine is NOT yet assembled and can be painted your choice of color to include the VC. Also included are Pacesetter Ceramic coated header with high flow CAT and Polished Stainless N1 Cat back (2 1/2"), AEM CAI with APC Reusable filter Oil pan is in great shape. Fluidyne Radiator and FAL fans with stand alone fan control. B&M Short throw shifter with symborski shifter bushing kit.
Suspension: KYB GR-2's all the way around. Tein S-tech drop springs. Suspension Techniques swaybars Front and Rear. DC sport front Strut tower brace RActive Rear strut tower brace Ingalls Camber correction kits front and rear. New rear lower control arms (replaced them and the sway bar links when I installed the sway bars).
Brakes: Power Slot Big brake upgrade kits front and rear 12.5" front (for GSX calipers) 11.5" rear GSX calipers up front and stock replacements in the rear. Goodridge SS flex lines all the way around. (all the brakes were installed approximately 6 months ago and checked constantly for pad life). This is as crazy as you can get short of a Wilwood or brembo kit. I have scared everyone who has been brave enough to ride with me with the stopping power of these brakes. I should mention these brakes REQUIRE a 17" wheel for clearance purposes!
Wheels/tires: Motegi MR4's in 17"x7" with Falken Ziex 512's in 215/45ZR17 Low miles on the tires but I am very hard on tires so they only have about 1.5 seasons left on them Maybe 2 if you want to baby them. they give a very good ride and grip the road very well. I have a set of 5 wheels with tires to include a matching full size spare.
Appearance: Bone Stock Body. Minor damage to the right rear quarter around the fender lip. Black in color with very little oxidation to the paint. RF fender was replaced with one off of another Black eclipse due to damage from previous owner so there is a slight fade difference between the fender and the rest of the car But may be able to buff it out. Power Mirrors do work perfectly however the sunroof motor is bad (I am trying to locate a used one locally so that it is replaced when I sell it).
Interior: Generally in pretty good shape, grey in color. The seats currently in it are a little worn but I have a perfect set at home in NY which i can either ship to you after the sale (for cost of shipping) or try to pick back up in advance. Includes Kenwood Main speakers at all 4 corners and a CD player (I have to decide what head unit I am keeping for the Camaro) I'll leave the Kenwood Excellon Head unit in the car for an extra $150 (I paid over $300).
Asking price is $12,500. Keep in mind I have over $18,000 in parts and time invested in this car and i am Taking a huge loss. Also for a little over $3k more I Will install A Hahn race craft stage 3 turbo kit for you so when you recieve your investment you'll be ready to roll. this car sounds great since it is built motor and all but I need pics, and $12500 is way too much, seeing as how turbo cars with standalones and bigass turbos are going for barely that

I know I know I am just trying to get some of my investment back. I said it was the asking price I didn't say I wouldn't entertain offers. If someone showed me decent amount of $$ I'd let her go. -Kevin

good luck with that I had almost double in mine including 25 psi under it's belt, and let it go for 10,000. The car is 10 years old, good luck finding someone with 12-15k in their pocket, who wouldnt go out and buy a new car. You can buy a stock eclipse and build it up for about that anymore.

Damn kevin, why are you selling it. I am having issues with timing again, i probably need you to drop by wed or thurs if you can. Hows your buddy's car, i got a friend with a 350whp 240, 340 evo, and 340 STI that would like some races with the domestics or your car. The 240 barely lost to a 450 mustang a few days ago and i know there were some domestic races this past weekend with the 500-600whp ws6 against some guy with an ls1 and 150 shot from fort stewart. Well, sorry your selling it, your not going to get 10,000 for your car around town, unless you get a dumb GI that needs a car. Good luck and holla back at me.

Come on guys make me some fair offers I'll let you know if I find one fair or not (please no extreme low balling I do need to get some kind of $$ back). I do have a stock block sitting around and a decent head I can bolt back together to make it run for a lot less than previous asking price.

Car is no longer on the market, since I am moving to Hawaii for the next 3 years. I am taking the most fuel efficient vehicle I own.
