Its time to part way with my beloved eclipse. Im going to try to sell it out right before trading it it. Ive already been shopping around with intentions of trading in my car.
Its a 1998 Mitsubishi Eclipse GS. Black interior with grey leather seats. 148k miles. Timing Belt, water pump and new brakes (cross drilled/slotted rotors and pads) done at 136k. All oil changes done between 3000 and 3500 miles.
It has 16x8 3KGT wheel on it with 225/50/16 tires. 2 of the tires are Khumo with less than 3000 miles on them. The 2 on the rear only have about 5000 left on them before they will need to be replaced. The wheels need a little clean to get them to look better. They were my winter wheels before someone stole my summer wheels and tires out of my garage.
Car will include a Kenwood CD player as well as the stock infinity headunit and amp. There are Kenwood excelon tweeters in the factory location on the dash. 6.5" Infinity Kappas in the doors and 6.5" Boston Acountics in the rear. Also the power antenna was replaced last summer. Car is protected with a 2 way paging Clifford Matix 2.5 alarm with LCD key fob.
The taillights are also tinted to make them match the car. The windows are also tinted. They were tinted when I bought the car 4 years ago and are probably ready to be retinted. It include a factory shifter cut and shortened about 2.5" and is installed with a symborski shifter kit. I will also include an OEM replacement shifter and bushing for the shifter.
This has been a great car for me and I have never had a problem out of it. Its always been very reliable for me. All maintence has either been done at the dealership or was done by myself with OEM parts from the dealership. My brother in Law is the parts manager for the local Honda Mitsu dealership.
My asking price is $4500 obo. I owe 4700 and Im ready to take a loss on it to not having to trade it in.

one way or another the car will be gone in the next month. Im just waiting for the right truck or suv to come along. If one I likes shows up before someone buys it them its getting traded in. Im looking at Nissan Xterras or a full size silverado. Anyone wanna trade?
