I think its time to move on.
List of mods:
Star Turbonetics Kit
2002 Neon trans
O.Z. Antares 18 x 8 rims wrapped in Michelin prosports
Ultralite Boost, Oil press and temp guages
Greddy Evo2 3.25 catback with test pipe
Guage Cluster overlays
HVAC overlays
F-1 Fenders
All Black interior
Autoloc Power door and window conversion
Silver - Paint is mostly flawless aside from scratches on bumpers

The motor is blown and turbo needs to be resealed.

Just seeing what kind of attention I can get with this. I will part out if its going to worth more then trade in value

I'm interested in the 02' Neon Trans. and possibly the F-1 Fenders... I have fam. in NYC and it may be best for you to get the Tranny picked up rather then you havin' to deal with packin' and shippin' it out to me... no the motor is bone stock. It will need a rebuild. Not sure what I want for it .. Ill know when I get some ideas after I post pics

PM me offers on anything including the whole car. I will not part out till next week since I have some local interest in the car. The exhaust has less then 100 miles on it. Its in perfect condition. If I sell it seperate, Im asking 400 for it plus ship. I paid 650 plus ship

I thought the motor was blown? How is it under warrenty? And you say the seals on the turbo are bad?
