3psd Auto tranny. Also has 175K on it. Not sure what malfunctioned, but wouldn't shift out of 1st gear when it was on the vehicle. When it did shift out of vehicle, it drove fine. Include ATX shifter assembly. Does not include differential, sensors, linkages. Also free to a good home, but donations to 2gnt will be appreciated. You come pick it up. I will not ship this item. It may end up in the garbage in 3 weeks when we move into our new place.
