#8715, "FS: 420a spare block, 4g63 6 bolt"

Well, I need to clean up my garage and I'll post here first, before it goes to either ebay or dsmtrader, or whatever.

I have a spare 420a block that I don't need since I alreayd had another. I bought this one with a head that I did retain and use. This one comes with the crankshaft, and stock pistons if you like. But the less you want, the better the shipping. I think it may have suffered a spun bearing, but that should be easiy remedied through proper machine work. Many people have suffered the same problem here. Outwardly, the block looks pristine without any rust or visible damage.

I also have a 4g63 6-bolt. It's still attached to the head, but I can easily pull that off. I only bought the whole engine because of the good deal I got on the whole package(block, head, turbo, manifolds..etc.). I have no idea about its condition, except the guy who had it before said it came off of a running car.

Send me reasonable offers, and I'll sell it. I'm not looking to make big profit, but just to clean out my garage and get a return on my investment.

Rod bearing. Mains almost never seize or spin unless you drain all the oil then go for a drive.

As far as the 4g63 goes, I basically have everything, save for the head, for sale. My brother wants the head, and that's the real reason why we bought it.

As far as the rest, it's all for sale:

Block (with 7.8:1 pistons, big rods, and crank)
Intake manifold
Exhaust manifold
14b turbo

I know I could get a fair price on any of these items on ebay, but before I whore it out there, I'll definitely give fair prices out here. I have no idea about the miles or the working condition. I got it from a guy who basically wanted to clean out his garage. I've already used and sold several smaller items off of it and they've worked fine, including the transmission.

With anything like this, I would ALWAYS recommend using new gaskets and seals, as well as having a machine shop go to work on it. It's so inexpensive to do that when you consider the results and the longevity gained with having a freshly rebuilt engine.
