Quarter panels are only used in the rear of a vehicle and they are welded on. There is no such thing as a front quarter panel. You sir are looking for a FENDER, its called a fender. The word fender can be used in situations like: I need a fender because some idiot just bounced my head off mine and it is full of dents.
