no disrespect taken, i totally understand in the 1st pic you can see the extra silicon bend added after the bypass valve... in the 2nd pic you can see that the filter sits up about 2 inches higher then it normally would... but its still is in position to suck cold air, i just had to manuver it around the bulky auto tranny. the cai works perfectly, no leaks or anything..
