I paid $200 for a stratus block with 4k miles it was everything minus the head.

It would need a rebuild no doubt, its been out in a junkyard for who knows how long with the plugs out and rain?

you would HAVE to do a rebuild without a doubt

The main things missing are the fuel rail and injectors.

WOW, this sounds like an awesome deal dont it?

I also paid $50 for a 1 year old short block 3 years ago
sold the pistons/rods on ebay for $25 emoji
total cost $25
