I have up for sale is my eclipse. I have posted it on autotrader. Here's the link to it:

http://www.autotrader.com/fyc/vdp.jsp?car_id=191001841

Tell me what you guys think and tell friend. Here's some more info for it:

You are looking at a 1998 Eclipse RS with custom Turbonetic t3/t4 turbo. It was my project car for the past 2 years. I have spent countless hours and month trying to finish this car. There are still some works to be done to this car. The car is in good condition. It drives and run strong. There are some minors details that need to be fix, I will point out what I can. First of all it’s an automatic, the tranny is beginning to slip and I think a little problem with the overdrive solenoid or maybe problem because of the high stall torque converter. During daily driving the car really wants to go. On full throttle take off the car will launch when the boost kicks in. The turbo although running fine, may need to be rebuilt. The Super AFC will definitely need to be retuned. Here’s some few info about it. I might miss a few mods but I am open to all your questions. Body Kit: The kit is Blitz side skirt molded to the car. Wide fender flares molded to the car. The rear is a Bomex rear molded and reverse light shaved. The front bumper is a Drift front. As you can see it has a S15 Silvia headlights conversion and a Supra Taillights conversion. The key holes are shaved and modified aluminum 2000+ Eclipse gas door. Also installed vertical doors.Wheels and suspension: The wheels are White 19 inch Axis Se7en. The tires in the rear are Nitto Extreme 555 size 245/35 and the front left is a Nitto Extreme 555 235/35 and right is Michelin Pilot Sport PS2 235/35. The right side had to be replaced because I had a flat. For suspension I have damper adjustable AGX and Sprint 2 inch drop springs. Installed are front and rear strut bars and lower tie bar.Interior: R1 Sports Blue racing seats. Panasonic CQ-VAD 7200U 7 inch in-dash tv/dvd/mp3/cd player. Sony Xplod amp and two 12 inch Kenwood Speakers. Also comes with Aluminum Dash Kit. Reverse Indiglo instrumental gauges and HVAC gauges. Talking about gauges, there’s plenty. LED Digital A/F Ratio Gauge, AutoMeter Carbon-Fiber Boost, A/F Ratio, Electrical Oil Pressure and Electrical Oil Temperature Gauge, AutoMeter Cobalt EGT and Electrical Fuel Pressure Gauge. Extras: Two Chrome fire extinguisher, aluminum racing pedals, and Real Aluminum Floor mats for the front. Chrome fuse box cover in the engine bay. CrimeStopper Alarm w/starter.
Engine: JE 8:8 forged pistons, JE Rings, .02 over bore, Eagle H-Beam forged rods, Cleavitt bearings, Cleaned/balanced/blueprinted/decked, Melling oil Pump, MLS HeadGasket, ARP head studs, valves w/ 3angle valve job. External oil cooler, AFX Underdrive pulley and Fidanza Adjustable Cam Gears, MSD DIS 4 Ignition system with Tach Adapter, and MSD Coil Pack, Nology Hot Wire spark plug wires. APEXi Super AFC. Candy Blue Valve Cover.Power/Turbo: Turbonetic T3/T4 hybrid with front mount intercooler, custom turbo manifold with Turbonetic wastegate, Blitz Dual Drive Sequential BOV, adjustable Hybrid Electronic Boost Controller, high pressure fuel pump, Accel 30lbs Injectors with custom 6AN line fuel system with Aeromotive in-line fuel filter, Vortech SFMU Power Train: Automatic transmission with TransGo Shift Kit and a High Stall Torque Converter and External tranny cooler.

Let me know thanks

V

you need to break up that ginormous paragraph, its not very readable in its current format.

I love the color of the car, but there arent (m)any 2GNT'ers willing to part with that much for that car; especially considering the work that needs to be put into it to get everything running smooth.

If you do hope to get that much for the car, ebay may be your only option.

best of luck with it, if you were closer I'd prolly try to swap engines with you, because thats what I do to every built engine car in the classifieds.

yeah my bad about the paragraph. I cut and paste on here and I can't edit it now. But here it is again.

Well I hope that helps a little. If I have to lower the price I will have to. I have gone back to school and now don't have the time and money to work on it. Well if you know anyone who may be interested let me know or send them the link. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

I'd try selling it on eBay. Alot of people here don't dig straying from the Eclipse body, while a loooot of people on eBay do. I'm sure you could get alot for it there.

LOLOLOL. Good times. What's that? Like attempt number 9?

But yea, definitely eBay the car man, that is, if you don't care what the owner does to it.

It looks good, but $9500 seems a bit high for the amount of work needed, miles, as well as being an auto, but thats just my $.02

I love what you did with building up the sides of the drift front, i was thinking of doing that. If it was running better, you could easily get that amount.
