Well, it would look funny with just the caps, but I thought I
would offer cuz a lot of times people are only able to get a
hold of the skirts, and not the caps. the caps are painted
yellow. 

ive got 4pc. turbo skirts from a talon, says "16v dohc
turbo" on the skirts, sorry no door caps, black and in
good condition only minor curb scrapes, make an offer, hit me
up...

Actually 97-98 Talons don't have factory side skirts.  Only
95-96 talons, 95-96 eclipse, 97-99 eclipse do.
