brand new.. never got to install this on my car..i hated cranking my windows up and down.. finally i bought this kit for $140 back then.. take it for $110!! lemme know!!

All it takes is regular hand tools.. nothing special.. i haven't done it myself but shouldn't be that complicated.. i've known people that have converted to these.. i'm located in Fremont, CA.. i could always ship.
