I have this used gasket from TTI since my last rebuild I did not re-install it. For those of you that don't knwo, it will lower your compression by a full point. So instead of your stock 9.X:1 you get 8.X:1. This will allow you to run more boost on stock internals. It will need a new MLS gasket but that is it.
