I have a 95 Ninja 250 for sale. It has around 15,700 miles. I bought it a couple months ago just to mess around with. It had been laid down from the previous owner so the plastic has a few cracks. They tried to fix them in a couple spots. This is a great bike to learn on. Not too heavy, not too much power. It still moves pretty good for only being a 250. I've had it up around 95 mph so it will definitely go faster than anyone needs to be going. Just reply to this post if you're interested. I'm located in Terre Haute, IN.
