OK the car will go everything BUT the engine and hood...

the car does have rust, I have fixed most of it besides the rear wheel wells
the trans is in great shape same with diff, the engine bay has been cleaned and painted high temp black. the interior is black leather (not perfect in front, rear is AWSOME shape), the car will make a great motor swap canidate or a great car for u guys with a 2.6L to drop right in.. it is missing the ecu and some other things, but would be great for anyone with time and money to put in it.. the air dam is together (repaired)
and the tailights have been cleared

pics below

here is what I am looking for:

800.00
OR
350 motor (no wires harness just a longblock) + 250.00

the motor just has to be useable.. I am looking to rebuild a 350 (something to do) and I will prolly bore anyways etc so as long as the long block is in good shape and useable I will trade the car for that + 250.00

email me or post here if interested

u will have to come and get it and bring the engien to me (the only stipulation)

not sure I was contacted by the police about 2 months ago about how doing "raffles or anything of that nature is considered lottery and I cant hold a lottery out of my house.. even though it is through my business if it is under 100.00 I can consider it a (garage sale... and the info from the cops was via someone from THIS FORUM who talked to them about the hood raffle saying I scammed everyone and that the winner never received his hood etc.. so because of that I think my selling/raffling on this site is done...

I lost my trust in the 2gnt guys if u can understand on my side ya know

Agreed. Ironic dontcha think that the only raffles he's not allowed to do are the "free" ones. lol. Saw this coming 10 miles away. And he says he has lost respect for 2gnt??? I think it is tenfold in the other direction!

If you do a free lotery per say it is legal. Any money earned has to be taxed that is the reason why a lottery out of your house would be illegal, though it is through your business. Did you claim the money from this raffle as a taxable income? I think this is total bullshit, though I was not a part of the raffle this is really fishy. So back to what I was saying, a raffle that is free is legal because it is not a taxable income. If shit like this is illegal I feel deeply sorry for old ladies on bingo night, I hope they dont crack down on them too emoji

Here is a little more indepth information I pulled from one of my text books.

There are three types of raffles

Small - If you hold a raffle at a one-off event where it is not the focus, for example a dinner or dance, you do not need a license. However, you can can't have money prizes (except for store vouchers), or spend more than $305 on prizes (not including donated prizes). The raffle must also be drawn at the event.

Private- If you hold a raffle through your workplace, school or club you will not need a license. However, you will only be able to sell tickets to members of the above, and they must be printed, as per the Lotteries Act, but no registration is required of the raffle.

Public- If the raffle is open to a wide audience over a long period of time youneed to register with your local authority. You will be the promoter, therefore personally liable for its organization.

Now though this was a small raffle and more than $305 was probably spent on the hood law enforcement would not seek in depth information about the raffle unless their was a greater legal issue with the lottery.

98' Eclipse GS- Hahn Stage 2- SOLD
02' Honda S2000- SOLD
04' Acura TL- Current Whip

that is the kind of raffle I would be conducting if done on here...

and no I said the raffles (the cash ones) were suposidly illeage.. I was told any raffle under 100.00 I can consider a "garage sale" which ends up as no harm no foul but anything over that is not leagal for me unless I get a lottery license (which I can do)

my loss of trust for 2gnt is only at the person(s) who called the athorities on me. but since I dont know who that is I dont feel safe raffling off any raffles of ANY sorts on here....

why would 2gnt have lack of resprect for me??? I have always supplied with QUALITY product EXCELENT servie and no matter how the cookie crumbled the customer (or winner) has gotten EXACTLY what they asked for.. even when parts were shipped incorrectly I re-bought the items OUT OF MY POCKET to fix the problem no questions asked noo one has every had to send me the incorrect parts etc...

I have done nothing but treated any 2gnt member who has done business with me the up most respect, and bussinessmanship

interresting info really, only good thing is you didnt actually get charged i guess. I disagreed with the raffle but to call authorities....kinda rediculous, just shows you how things get outta hand. You had claimed you were going to donate to 2gnt some of the proceeds, did you? Did the authorities comment on how that changes things, should make a difference since the proceeds would not have been profit if they were donated as a charity?

Granted this is off topic i apologize and bump for you, good luck selling. Why no motor or hood?

I have not donated yet becuase the "athorities" had contacted me about it while I was in the sending process and they actually asked that I NOT give the forum money because it would be aginst the policy for me to do something like this then to give some of the money back to the forum.. (which I think is hog wash) but once this all clears and I get my dignity back and things turn back around I still plan to make my donation to 2gnt..

as for the car no motor or hood cause I am selling this car just to get a new one eventually I am building up the motor right now and the hood is rare it was only available on the 83 starions.. and is worth over 300.00 alone
