I was going to put a mocci box (car computer) in my Tahoe, but have decided against it. If someone wants to buy it, just give me a week to put it all together for you and ship it out.

C137 Case
Opus 120watt power supply (for auto startup and shutdown dependant on car ignition)
M10000 1ghz motherboard/processor
256mb ram
60gb hard drive
indash non motorized xenarc touchscreen w/ 2 rca video inputs
dvdrw

did i forget to mention that you can install touchscreen friendly software to run all your music, programs, videos, etc.?

you can hold like 10 bizzilion mp3s on this!

you can run any datalogging software, msd software, etc from this box right inside your car at all times!

I wouldnt mind having one. Im actually putting together one right now. Only need a touch screen and power supply and Im good. Ill have about 700-800 in it total.

what sounds expensive? the screen or the entire system?

i think the price i gave for the screen is a good price considering how everyone else sells it for about 20 bux more than that.

the xenarc screens are expensive to begin with.

my buddy has the AVIC N-1, its nice, but its no Mocci Box. as someone who is building his own carputer (mocci box) i can tell you you'd spend about the same if you did it yourself for new stuff. Pricey...maybe, but well worht it with MANY more options than the head units.

I was saying I thought the whole system sounded expensive. When I was pricing my carputer together it was about 800 without the screen. But that was buying the pieces all seperate and putting them together myself, so I dunno.

exactly. now, add $400-$500 for the indash (motorized?) screen, plus not building it yourself, plus a tech support from a company and maybe even a warrinty and your close...

Ill have 800 in mine with screen. This isnt going in my eclipse. Im building one for my GSX for DSMlink and logging and Im building one for a truck Im gonna purchase soon to use for offroad GPS. (So I dont get lost in the woods).
