The reason is because it is a pain in the ass to ripp out the fuel system and put the stock back in when it was pretty much hacked out, that is y, and the other kit i sold did not have a one complaint about it, and i dont see why you care if it doesnt have a fuel system because i feel that the price obviosly reflects that.
