Now offering custom machining and fabrication. All parts are made with 304 or 316 domestic stainless steel (other metals available upon request). Also, passivation (gives stainless a dull, but clean look) and electro-polishing (looks awesome) of all finished parts available! Some stuff I recently have done include:
-Custom manifolds (sufaced after weld for perfect fitment) -Custom axle-back systems -Stainless interior pieces -Custom set of Vertical door hinges

Although you state to email first, Pics posted here and prices would be nice to get an idea, especially if you've completed anything specificaly for the 420a or 4G63. Where are you from.

anyone emailed him and got a reply? id figure if this were a shop wanting to do some serious biz we would have heard somethin today. oh well maybe they are busy keep me posted

Sorry it took me so long to reply, I'm not from a shop or anything, this is my personal work. Just finished up a 12 hour day at work and have the rest of the week off so I will be able to get to all the emails and post some pics. I just took some more pics tonight of what is in production right now so look for some pics in the morning.
As far as the pricing goes it varies. Some things that would increase the price would be electro-polishing, custom flanges, ect..
Custom flanges would be anything other than dsm, or a flange that would have to be milled manual. All dsm flanges I have are laser cut, reducing the cost. My prices are pretty reasonable, so let me know what you want and I'll get you back with a price, within a $50 difference.
Anyone serious about doing business I will give you my personal cell number to get ahold of me to discuss things further. It will allow things to move more rapidly.
As far as payment goes; most pieces I will complete without any money down and after completion send some pictures. If you're satisfied with the results I can take payment however you prefer, and will do COD in most cases.
Also I'm located in Wisconsin for anyone that wanted to know.
First pic is of a custom mustang exhaust header flange. It is being completely machined manually from solid stock. Once it is finsihed it will be tig welded, surfaced, and than electro-polished.

i want to know about the lambo doors for the eclipse 97. also need pics. how long have u been fabbing stuff? i just want the basic lambo door hinges. need pics asap. getting ready to order some.

just a word of advise... you might want to fab up the first couple parts: A-for pictures, and B-for trust sake. this board has a long torrid history of (no offence) newbie "business" people trying to hawk thier wares on here without even having anything made yet. You will have a much better chance of getting serious buyers if you do.... welcome to the sight. tim i would be interested in a manifold once i knew how it was constructed and of what.... (price as well of course)

OMG!! hahahha. thats awesome. But we need to give this guy some time to produce. Not only is it a weekend, but a holiday one at that. And being a new year and all, I am ready to accept the fact that there might, just might, be vendors out in the world who can actually produce good material for us.
