#61398, "new THERMO TEC turbocharger insulating kit"
hi, i'm from asog but i have a boosted 420a and i thought i could find a home for this part here.
i bought this kit from jegs and never installed it. i did however use 3 ft of of the heat wrap, but 90% of the kit is unused. 70$ gets it to your door.
the turbo wrap portion of it it has one layer of normal heat wrap. and then you put another layer of that aluminum looking sheet over it. i can't see how any heat would get out. i have just the heat wrap on my down pipe and you can touch it when the engines running and not be hot. so two layers will be great. also there is pleanty of this stuff. you should be able to use it other places as well.
i also asked thermo tec if they ever had any problems with this kit, and they said no. so don't be worried about it harming your turbo.

You can find a home for yourself here too. All the smart ASOG'ers post here anyway. We're like ASOG/ASEC lite.. all the good stuff with none of the bullshit.
Stick around, it could be fun.
