yes it does come with everything..all the wiring, hardware, box, directions, switch...was only used for about 5 months... i'll post a pic up in a few..gotta take some.

it is a new kit, most of it is still in the plastic from NOS..the bottle, mean line and solenoid were in the car...thats it, everything else is still wrapped up like it came...
