You can get them new with the flange for that. How many miles are on it? Ill give ya 125 for it.

doubt it...i did a quick look around and didn't find any under $190 for just the BOV itself, typically 25-30 more for the flange, so your looking at $220 plus shipping, i'm welling to be would be at least $15, so $245...i'd say $175 shipped is a fair price.
