I have a silver AEM COLD AIR INDUCTION SYSTEM for sale and already comes with mounted bypass valve!. .. I used it for about 6 months on my 98 Eclipse RS...it is in perfect shape. i just cant use it anymore since i am going turbo. It will work with any NT 420a.If you want to be sure check out http://www.aempower.com/induction.htm (for info on the CAI w/bypass valve)
