I heard some eclipses/talons came with black seatbelts. First of all, is this true? Second, anyone have any or know where I can get a full set?

yeah it is true..i had a 99 10th anniversary with black belts but i sold my black leather and black seatbelts..

Yeh, that's what I thought. So the talon probably never came with black belts then.

My chances of finding a 99 10th anniversary in a junk yard around south jersey are very slim.

some of the GST/GSX came with black interior also. it was atleast 97+ but not sure about the exact year.

yeah it is hard to find people from south jersey..i live in deptford and i know of another guy from williamstown..when i get my cars body work done we should all meet up..

haha.. nice. I'm going back to college soon, so I'll be in PA (west chester)

Back to the seatbelts... I called a dealership and they gave me some info. The black interiors were only made from late 98 into 99. Primaraly on the 10th anniversary editions.

List prices and info:

Front Driver Belt: $95.43 - MR789346
Front Passenger: $105.32 - MR789347
Rear Driver Belt: $83.43 - MR789300
Rear Passenger: $83.43 - MR789301

So yeh.. that's a lot! Plus it costs an arm and a leg to ship them since they're considered a pyrotechnic because of the mechanism that retracts them.

ugg.. so looks like I'll need to find something locally.

is it really hard to find? i didnt know that.. i have all black interior black leather and the black seatbelts (anniversary edition).. i coulda sworn all cars came with black seatbelts lol
