#47309, "if you want a turbomanifold order now"

I have 1 manifold to do the weekend of july 3-4
it's time to order if you want one too
I had lots of inquiries recently and it's always easier for me and my partner to built more than 1 at the same time because the jigs and tools are ready to go

Contact me by PM if interested
price, as usual , is $300 for a basic manifold with T-24/14b or t3 flange

ttt. One day alain, one day i will be asking you for one.

Having Problems? Heres my Three step solution to anything 2gnt related.
Step 1: Put down everything in your hands.
Step 2: Grab a lucky strike, Smoke it.
Step 3: Walk to the fridge, double fist some keystone ice, sit down in the shade, drink one beer, finish cigarette, drink other beer, roll a joint, smoke it, walk back to your problem, and in about 5 minutes the solution will come to you.
If not. Go here: here

If still nothing, your trying to hard. Start over at step 1.

I haven't heard much about your manifolds other then that you make them... so I have a couple of questions...

What style (log, tubular)?

What material?

Is it extra to have it flanged for an external gate?

i can tell you right now alain's products are quality. I never hear complaints. this would be a safe buy uni for a nice, new mani.

EDIT: im pretty sure he'll make any flange and add any egt bungs and stuff too.

They are log style, I make them with T3 or T25/14b style flanges I could make a T-4 if someone really wants one
they are made of mild steel and the manifold flanges are done on a CNC external wastegate is extra and since I don't manufacture WG and so many styles are available I always ask the client to send me the wastegate flange that he needs on the manifolds

I used to have tons of pictures but the ASOG server is down with a serious problem and that's where all my pics are stored

Alain makes probably the best flange I have seen. Nice cnc cut not just a cheap laser cust flange like you see on a lot of manifold out there.

cheap laser cut emoji heh...I would understand "cheap plasma" cut or something but laser is usualy good to a couple of thousands of an inch IMO...and laser cutters are CNC..at least the one I've dealt with emoji

oh well...just thought I would put in my .02 and a free bump for Alain emoji

I'm sure he was refering to flanges like this one
made too thin, without pockets to sit the pipes inside the flange and not enought metal around cylinder 1 and 4 to have a relief zone around the welds

might be headed toward making a custom kit for myself because im not sure if i have/want to put money on the star group buy. how much extra is it for one with an external wastegate and will this be able to clear the stock fans with a turbo around the size of the star T3/T4. thanks.

$25 more plus the cost of buying your WG flange (around $15) and sending it by mail to canada (around $3)
abd yes it clears the radiator the turbo is on the side with a light tilt downward, pretty much like the star manifold
