Since when do you have to revert your car back to stock specs or they impound it? If there are other lowered cars in your town, county, I would talk to a lawyer. Maybe even call the ACLU. Who are they to tell you what you can and can't do with your property? I can understand the muffler maybe, but if it would pass in CA (CARB exempt) I don't see why there would be a problem with it anywhere else.

ok, I MAY be able to find a 97-99 one, 'though i'd have to buy it(it's the magenta/silver in color) but you didnt answer my other question.....What color is the Kombat rear??

Who are they to tell you what you can and can't do with your property? I can understand the muffler maybe, but if it would pass in CA (CARB exempt) I don't see why there would be a problem with it anywhere else.
