I am selling the Turbonetics turbo (B trim) that comes with the star kit. The turbo runs but should be rebuilt for reliability. It has some shaft play with a few scratches on the inside of the compressor housing. It has no bent fins and does not leak any oil. One of the bolt holes on the turbine had a broken bolt from the previous owner. I had to drill/tap it and use a longer bolt which I will provide. It is in perfect condition for a rebuild, asking $50 + shipping.

What sort of rebuild kit should I get?

If I were going to rebuild the turbo I would have it professionally done. They have the ability to verify the balance (or at least they should) if it is completely disassembled . Turbo rebuilds also usually come with a warranty which is cool to have, in case something goes wrong. I have not done any research on rebuild kits, so I can't give you any help there.
