Guy i might sell mt 420a ESI if anyone needs a daily driver.
Engine/Trans: 420a engine with 120,000 mi, Runs excellent, new
windshield, was painted last year but front bumper is
chipping/pealing. Small amount of rust creeping in the door jamp on
the bottom of the door (cant see it but you know its there). Tiny
rock chip on rear decklid that has a tint or rust showing up, can
easily be cleaned and touched up. Car is all white (96 mercedes
polar white), 5 speed. Shifts good but pops out of third once in a
great while on and off the pedal. has never acted up while
accelerating, only when the load is shifted on and off the trans
repeatedly. New timig belt 20,000mi ago. Has an oil leak thati will
fix before sale. Needs a clutch...i will replace before sale
though. I have a turbo kit onit now but i will be removing that.
All maintenance done on time. Compression tests were done and
cyliders are within 10% of each other.
Suspension: Will need two tires by winter. Stock ride height, has
95 GS rims on it, will also give you the stock 14" steelies with it.
Has 95 GS seats, brembo slotted front rotors, rear drum. All brakes
are fine for about another year,
Interior: Added the rear hatch release. Will come with aftermarket
radio..nothing fantastic. Carpet is not the best but i will install
a great shape carpet this week. Seats are real nice condition, small
burn hole in passenger seat crevis, was sewn together to make less
noticable. the interior has all manual options. I can include the
parts to convert to power doors for additional fee. I just dont have
one of the window regulator assy for one of the doors...not sure
which.
Car has new: ECU (dealer receipt for warrenty), Crank sensor, Speed
sensor, Front 02 sensor, ball joints, brakes...within a year, Leak
detection pump, fueld and asd relays, coil is newer, tune up will be
completed before sale.
What needs to be done: Nothing really, may want to replace factory
shocks...make a little noise when hitting bumps. Other wise it
drives great and is very reliable.
I am thinking about selling because i want to get an auto car for
daily driver.
