BWAHAHAHHAHAHAHAH i just spit out my soda all over my keyboard. Ive been around court cases involving people getting ripped off online. Ive seen what the end results are. You would most likely get laughed out of court and your dad would get a warning from the judge. Basically, you cant prove SHIT beyond a reasonable doubt of anything that happens over the internet.
