Brand new, never put on. its a direct "bolt on" meaning its already been fitted, all you have to do is install it and paint it, but came straight from GTP. you can see this bumper at www.importfan.com. i paid $200 plus $140 for shipping, so make me an offer. if you guys want pics email me and i will get them to you as soon as possible. i decided to go with a urethane kit but someone already bought the sides and the rear off of me so all i have left is the front.
shipping is $140 to anywhere in the US, but i am willing to make a deal on the actual bumper. This front is basically a beefed up version of the stock 98-99 eclipse bumper, so it would go pretty good with the stock sides and rear. i already had the wire mesh put on so you dont have to deal with that.

edit: The bumper is actually at my parents house in highlands ranch, which i think is actually closer to littleton.
