I know this isn't exactly car stuff, but it can be used in your car or in conjunction with it.

I've got basically a brand new 3rd Generation Apple Ipod for sale. It has literally seen less than 5 hours of use. I've got all the cables, the original box, and should even have the receipt sometime. It was bought not too long ago last year (before the 40GB Ipod was out) and cost around $500 at that time. It's just been sitting in the box not seeing any use.

It's in great shape, no scratches or cracks. Nothing is missing. It's perfect and pretty much the exact same as buying it brand new.
