All in great condition, 7949 has remote, manual, Faceplate case and wiring harness. This was alpine's best cd player at the time. only thing is that this unit has problems reading some burned CD's. Not a defect, I think it just has a picky laser.
G320 is a 14 band EQ with surround and other dsp functions. Unit has seperate brain and controller with DIN size face, .75 inch thick. unit has time correction, bbe, 3 eq modes: 14 band, 7front+7rear or Surround + 7 band eq. subwoofer level control and phase.
The units work way better when plugged together through AI-net. This allows most of the eq controls to be accessed through the head unit. However, the ERA-G320 can be used with other brand head units also through standard RCA's

ERA-G320, does have a manual. It does not have a crossover built in, but I will have a Precision power FRX-456 electronic crossover for sale soon also. That unit is one bad ass crossover. this has a manual too. The ERA-G320 has 4 rca inputs for use with non alpine head units and 6 outs. front R&L, Rear R&L, Sub R&L. if you use it with an alpine head unit the audio signal is transfered through the AI-Net cable so no other RCA's need to be installed. If you want all of them, The CDA-7949 head unit, ERA-G320 EQ/DSP, FRX-456 Electronic Crossover, then the price would be say $420
