R1 Coil Overs for 95-2000 Eclipse

how much would these lower my stock ride height? Also, i'm not familiar with how suspension works, if I get coilovers, do I still need shocks and springs?

you won't need springs because coilovers are springs with an adjustable height. u don't need but will definitally want adjustable shocks.

You deffinitely want struts that are at least in good shape.

if they have too much play in them, the coils wont have the support they need.

Any one know the spring rates on these coilovers?

yeah they are 500 front, 400 back
