It is brand new, i purchased it being stupid. I bought the intercooler nitrous kit and the purge kit is useless on it b/c the ring is basically like a purge. It has everything with it, the line has not even been installed, i bought it from nopi for $110, i just dont need it so i am letting it go for cheap. $60 plus shipping
