bought it on ebay before used on a club members car for a month since my car was down. nothing wrong with it comes with a flange. it will bolt up to any hrc pipe as long as you got the orange thingy.
asking $140 maybe lower

hehehehe Sold to muah....

I just spend the last 2 hours polishing it. Now it is extremely blingy, and ready to go on my car. With the bottle of chrome polish left over, what else can I polish....?
