it is not very loud, but it does turn heads , and does not wistle like some bovs. it is more of an pshhhhh air rushing sound. for installation on hrc pipes, you will have to do some welding. I cut of the little bung fitting it goes on also so all you would have to do is cut a hole and weld the fitting in and bolt on the bov. I'll take the 45 shipped. Seth I will email you seth to get some info from you.
