What you see is want you get. NO TPS, IAC, Butterfly Valve, Throttle Cam, return spring or shaft. You only get the actual body the short chunk of tubing...even though I would suggest changing that..LOL, the throttle shaft bearings, that sheet metal bracket, the mounting bolts and if I don't lose it the throttle shaft snap ring. Would be great for boring out for no down time of your car. I'll take 15 bucks plus shipping *edit*
