I am looking to find a shortblock for a 96 Eclipse that has not been machined / rebuilt. This block will be used to send to VTEngines to do a rebuild. If anyone has one, please send me an email.

if you live close to the guy sellin that block, that's a nice deal.

Thanks for spotting that motor on ebay for me. I picked it up for $65. I offered the seller a little bit more than he was asking and he closed the auction. I still think it is a killer deal since he lives in NJ and I don't have to pay shipping costs.

dude.. $65 is insane.. usually u are lookin at $500 for a shortblock.. then again u may need to regrind the crankshaft since it spun a bearing, but still.. good deal.
