I'll sell this to whoever really needs it. The fender has some rust on it by where the headlight curve is at the very front. I think it can be worked with. I can get pics if you want to see. It came off a wrecked 99 GS, but I never noticed the rust. Just make an offer, I can find out what shipping is, and we'll go from there.
