I am looking to take off my cruise control and put a non cruise throttle cable on but am having a very hard time finding one. If anyone has one or knows where I can find one please let me know.

Have you looked at the dealer? I bought one a few years ago for about $25 - $35. Part numbershould be aavailable in CAPS.
