I'm preferably looking for a short throw shifter that has been cut lower than original height, but I can do that myself if not.

I think there are weird designs out there floating around on the internet but just to clarify, i'm looking for the design below

I picked one up a few weeks ago, Shift feels a little better but the height of the shifter is about stock.
