Like the ad says I want to buy a t3t4 flange turbo with the 5 bolt flange down pipe so I don't have to mod anything. Thanks!

There is no T3/T4 flange - It is either a T3 or T4 flange and they are different.

Are you asking for a T3/T4 hybrid turbo (T3 turbine, and a T04B trim or T04E trim compressor)?
