No off the shelf kit that I know of.

Head over to McMaster-Carr or your favorite fastener distributor and piece your own together.

I've found the bolts, but not the sleeves or spacers

The sleeves I'm not sure about but the spacers can be found at your local parts store. They can also be found online at rockauto.

I didn't know if they were called a sleeve or spacers, but does it need to be metal ?
